Stefano Lubiana Estate Pinot Noir 2024 is a premium Tasmanian wine crafted with biodynamic and organic practices. This elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir delivers perfumed aromatics of dark cherries, wild blackberries, rhubarb, and orange peel with subtle cocoa and dried rose notes. The palate showcases red-fruit intensity, cranberries and pomegranate, balanced by earthy sandalwood, aniseed, and forest-floor complexity. Structured with fine-grained tannins and bright acidity, it features 40% whole bunch fermentation and 12 months French oak maturation (15% new). Vegan-friendly and built for cellaring, this wine ages beautifully for 8+ years, rewarding patience with continued evolution. A standout expression of Tasmanian terroir for serious collectors and food pairing enthusiasts.

Derwent Valley
The Derwent Valley wine region, located to the north-west of Hobart, stretches from the lower reaches of the River Derwent at Granton to the scenic hills and valleys around Meadowbank.
The region's vineyards are perched on north-facing hillsides, which provide ideal sun exposure for grape growing. Known for its cool climate, the area primarily produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling, echoing Tasmania’s wider wine production focus.
Although once regarded as a marginal area for viticulture due to its cooler climate, the upper reaches of the Derwent Valley have recently gained recognition for producing stunning examples of cool-climate wines, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.
