Fiano

Fiano is a variety that rewards a bit of curiosity, and this Tasmanian expression from the Tamar Valley shows exactly why. Coming from one of the island's warmer, more sheltered growing regions, it leans into the fuller, more textural side of the variety think ripe pear and white blossom aromatics, backed by a rich, almost nutty palate weight and a fine thread of acidity to keep it all in balance. A variety well worth spending some time getting to know.
