Stefano Lubiana Estate Pinot Noir 2024 is a premium Tasmanian wine crafted with biodynamic and organic practices. This elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir delivers perfumed aromatics of dark cherries, wild blackberries, rhubarb, and orange peel with subtle cocoa and dried rose notes. The palate showcases red-fruit intensity, cranberries and pomegranate, balanced by earthy sandalwood, aniseed, and forest-floor complexity. Structured with fine-grained tannins and bright acidity, it features 40% whole bunch fermentation and 12 months French oak maturation (15% new).
