On the palate, this cool-climate Pinot Noir is silky and vibrant, displaying red berry fruit, black cherry and fine-grained tannins balanced by fresh acidity. Gentle French oak adds savoury complexity and texture, leading to a long, poised finish with lingering spice and mineral notes. Enjoy now or cellar for 6–10 years. Bremley Vineyard sits beneath Gunnings Sugarloaf in Coal River Valley, where cool nights and warm days shape distinctive Chardonnay. Black cracking clays and dolerite soils, sheltered from north-westerly winds, deliver complexity and balance. Custodians James and Vanessa Bresnehan partner with winemakers Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley to craft this single-vineyard expression. A wine built on sustainable practice and deep site knowledge.

The 2025 Pinot Blanc was 100% whole bunch pressed and naturally settled in tank overnight. Fermentation was split evenly, with 50% in tank and 50% in seasoned oak puncheons, with no new oak used. A selected neutral yeast was chosen to enhance varietal purity and expression. The wine was matured for nine months on fine lees, building texture and complexity while retaining freshness and vibrancy.
