The WildState Range

Fivebob is one small part of a much bigger working farm at Birchs Bay, on the D'Entrecasteaux Channel south of Hobart. Best known for producing much of Australia's native Tasmanian pepperberry crop under the Diemen Pepper label, the property added a vineyard in 2017 as a natural extension of its diversified, land-first approach. The wines are made in small batches, grown on a farm that also hosts an art trail, kitchen garden and orchard, real paddock-to-glass stuff.
