From the heart of the
East Coast
Stretching from St Helens in the north to Bream Creek in the south, Tasmania's East Coast is as breathtaking as it is bountiful. A milder climate than the rest of the state, spectacular coastal scenery, and over 300 hectares under vine make this one of Tasmania's most exciting wine regions. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the stars, but the East Coast also turns out outstanding Riesling, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, wines with a freshness and purity that's genuinely hard to find anywhere else.

Apsley Gorge's Chardonnay is a wine that doesn't need to announce itself it simply delivers. An unusual blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Shiraz, Bream Creek's Pinot Rosé is a wine of real intensity. Beautiful clear pink in the glass, with incredibly vibrant aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, red apples, and watermelon. Those fruits carry through to the palate, joined by subtle rosewater and cranberry. More character than your average rosé and all the better for it. Bream Creek's Reserve is a step up from their Estate. More layered, more considered, and built to last. Bream Creek's East Coast Riesling is a wine that earns its place in any serious cellar. The island's oldest and largest wine region, stretching from Launceston to Bass Strait. Cool maritime air and iron rich soil have supported over 30 family-run wineries here, producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and some of the state's finest sparkling.
The birthplace of Tasmanian sparkling wine, with a climate genuinely compared to Champagne. This is where the island's most prestigious bubbles are made, alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of real depth.
Milder, sunnier and more relaxed than the rest of the state, running from St Helens down to Bream Creek. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay lead the way, but the East Coast also turns out standout Riesling, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.
