Riesling
Few varieties show off Tasmania's cool climate as honestly as Riesling, and the island's versions are genuinely some of the best being made in the country. Our collection covers the full spectrum, from bone-dry to lusciously sweet, with the citrus driven precision of the Coal River Valley at one end and the textural, aromatic styles of the Tamar Valley at the other. Built to age, but just as beautiful to drink right now.

Two Tonne's Tamar Valley Riesling is a wine of aromatic elegance and textural depth. Lime curd tart and jasmine lift from the glass, while the palate delivers bright lime fruit and subtle pastry notes. A touch of residual sugar adds richness, balanced by nervy acidity and a subtle seaside note that builds into a clean, refreshing finish. Drink now for its freshness, or cellar to watch it develop. Pair with fresh seafood, Asian cuisine, or soft cheeses. Drink now through 2031.
Matthias Utzinger brings a European precision to Tasmanian Riesling, and this 2026 is a beautiful expression of that approach. Pale yellow with a green tint, the nose is intense and floral with butterfly bush, bergamot citrus, dried apricot, and a subtle leesy complexity with a hint of matchstick. The palate is mellow on entry, building to a fairly full-bodied experience with beautifully balanced acidity. Textural, fresh, and long. Pair with pork, Asian cuisine, or aged soft cheese. Drink now through 2031.
Wellington and Wolfe make Riesling the way it should be made, crisp, dry, and uncompromising. Vibrant floral aromas on the nose, with a textured palate of tart stone fruits and fresh lime. A strong acid backbone supports a long, powerful finish that lingers well after the glass is empty. A wine for those who know what they want. Pair with fresh oysters, grilled fish, or Thai cuisine. Drink now through 2032.
The Wobbly Boot Riesling is an off-dry style that's easy to love. Lemon blossom and rich stone fruit on the nose, with a slight sweetness that creates a soft, generous mouthfeel. Fresh and smooth in equal measure, it's the kind of wine you reach for on a warm afternoon without overthinking it. Pair with Thai cuisine, fresh seafood, or soft cheeses. Drink now through 2028.

Every glass, a different Tasmania
Cool nights, mineral soils, and a climate winemakers elsewhere would kill for. It's why Tasmanian wine tastes the way it does, and why one variety here can taste nothing like the same variety made anywhere else.
Made in small batches, on purpose
These aren't wines built for supermarket shelves. Most come from producers making a few hundred cases a year, which means what's in stock now might not be again.
Pick a style, not just a label
Whatever you're drawn to, there's a Tasmanian producer doing it well. Explore the range and find the version that's yours.
