What's inside the bundle
East Coast
Springvale Melrose Pinot Noir
The Melrose is Springvale's more expressive, fruit-forward release and it's a joy to drink. Luscious cherry, wild red forest fruits, and enticing clove and vanilla on the nose. Supple and rich on the palate, with red and black berry fruits balanced by elegant tannins and refreshing acidity. A wine that's equally at home now or in the cellar. Pair with roast duck, lamb, or mushroom risotto. Drink now through 2030.
East Coast
Milton Pinot Noir
Milton's East Coast vineyards produce Pinot with a fuller body than you might expect and this 2024 is a fine example of why. Dark cherry and red berry on the nose, with cinnamon spice and earthy forest floor adding complexity. Partial wild fermentation gives the palate a juicy, fruit driven energy, balanced by gentle acidity on the finish. An honest, satisfying wine from one of Tasmania's most consistent producers. Pair with roast duck, lamb, or mushroom pasta. Drink now through 2028.
Pipers River & Pipers Brook
Delamere Flyleaf Pinot Noir
The Flyleaf is Delamere's approachable side and it's a very good side to know. Ripe cherry and strawberry lead the nose, with a subtle earthiness that grounds the fruit and adds quiet complexity. On the palate, toasted sweet spice provides structure without weight, and the finish is smooth and satisfying. A dependable bottle for weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings alike. Pair with roast chicken, salmon, or antipasto. Drink now through 2027.
Huon Valley
Home Hill Landslide Pinot Noir
There are wines that show you a region, and then there are wines that show you a single piece of ground. The Landslide is the latter. From Home Hill's most prized Huon Valley block, this 2024 is darker and more brooding than the Estate, dark chocolate, damson plum, and liquorice on the nose, with a depth that takes time to fully reveal itself. Eight months in oak has added structure and gravitas without softening its edges. The palate is dense and layered, with firm tannins and a finish that goes on and on. This is a wine to cellar, to save for a special occasion, or to open now with something worthy of it. Pair with slow roasted venison, beef short rib, or aged hard cheese. Drink now through 2035.
Tamar Valley
Two Tonne Tasmania Est Pinot Noir
EST celebrates Tasmania's East Coast from a single Freycinet site. Warm spring and hot dry summer shaped this lighter, elegant vintage. Whole berry fermented with 7–10 days on skins, it reveals signature graphite and soil-driven tannins. A pretty, refined expression of regional terroir.
Tamar Valley
Holm Oak Pinot Noir
Holm Oak's Tamar Valley Pinot is the kind of wine you reach for when you want something generous and unfussy. Dark cherry, red berries, and sweet spice on the nose, with soft stone fruits, strawberry, and fresh mushroom on the palate. Satin tannins and refreshing acidity carry it to a long, satisfying finish. A reliable companion for everything from a casual Tuesday to a Sunday roast. Pair with lamb, duck, or mushroom pasta. Drink now through 2028.
Why We Put This Together
Same grape, three completely different takes on it. This bundle exists to show how much region and producer can change a single variety, one grower's soil, one winemaker's approach, one particular corner of the island, all doing something a little different with the same grape. Side by side, the differences are the interesting part.
Make It a Gift
A bundle like this already feels considered, but a couple of small additions make it feel complete. A Wildstate Gift Card means they can come back and choose their own favourite once they've worked out which one it is. Or add a piece of glassware made for exactly this kind of wine, a small nod to the island it came from, and a nice thing to have on the table when they pour it.
