Winemaking

A complex and vibrant sparkling wine crafted from a blend of three classic grape varieties, sourced from premium Tasmanian vineyards in renowned cold climate subregions, with meticulous viticulture and winemaking including extended lees aging, resulting in rich yet fresh flavours, elegant structure, great flavour persistence, exquisite balance, and a refreshing, natural acidity on the finish, making it an excellent non-vintage style.

About the Vineyard

For more than a decade, the House of Arras team has identified and developed the ideal vineyard sites for world-class sparkling wine. This journey has led the House of Arras to call the ancient soils and cold climate of Tasmania home. Its climate is significantly cooler than the mainland, with long summer daylight and maritime influences, which are ideal conditions for long, slow and consistent fruit development.
