Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Orders will be processed Monday to Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the following business day. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Once your order is processed you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free Local delivery to certain postcodes in Northern Tasmania. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the following business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using Aramex delivery standard, delivery rates and times will vary on location. Deliveries are conducted Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

NT - We do not currently ship to NT

Shipping times to Australian major cities and metropolitan areas are 1-6 days from the date of dispatch. Rural and remote areas may experience slight delays but on average are delivered within 3-10 days of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We do not currently ship internationally.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@wildstatewines.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
